“They make every effort to help even if they are fully booked. Pleasant, helpful and they take time to explain the visit and any additional information you need to care for your pet. I have had limited time here but so far I'm satisfied with the staff and the care of my dog. It would be nice if they had more appointments for unexpected matters but they do make an effort to do the best they can. In my experience anyway.”

Dr. Churchill is amazing with each and every one of my three dogs. She doesn't just treat them, she interacts and talks with them and I like she has personal ties to them. The time that Dr. Churchill will actually spend with you, will never make you feel rushed or that you're just a number. “After being told from my vet of many years that they couldn’t see my dog for a week, even though he had a pretty serious issue, I immediately called Veterinary Assoc of North Branford. They were extremely accommodating and willing to help. Gave me an appt for the next day. I was met with a friendly greeting and within minutes of my arrival, taken back to an exam room. The vet tech was also very friendly and showed genuine concern for my pup. The doctor came in soon after and was fantastic. She gave my pup a thorough exam, was very gentile with him, and overall I was very pleased with the service… I would highly recommend this vet… I’m so happy to have switched and know I won’t ever need to go elsewhere.
Their hours are extremely accommodating with emergency visits as well.”

“I first walked through the doors of this veterinary practice in 2003, with Cotzo, our beloved cat, for his routine check-ups and vaccinations. What I expected was good medical care. What I found was something rarer: doctors who genuinely care.
Years passed, and when Cotzo reached 14 and was diagnosed with kidney disease, Dr. Kris and Dr. Eric Park guided us through every step with skill, patience, and compassion. I’m certain their care extended his life, and when the time came to say goodbye, they helped us do so in the most gentle, dignified way imaginable. That is not something you forget.
After Cotzo, they cared for Oci — our next cat, full of personality and, let’s say, not the easiest patient to handle. They managed him beautifully.
Life eventually took us farther away, and we found ourselves at other clinics out of convenience. But with our two new cats, we made a decision: the extra drive is absolutely worth it to be back in the hands of Dr. Kris and Dr. Eric Park. They are consummate professionals and two of the warmest-hearted people I’ve ever trusted with the animals I love.

“Our boy plays hard all day and sleeps all night. A tired pup is a good pup. I can tell he’s playing hard from the sheer amount of dirt on him when we pick him up! Lol we love it, and the socialization aspect he gets as well. When we drop him off he doesn’t even look back once”

An old vet I had would threaten to charge a cancellation fee and cancel on you if you were more than 10 minutes late, I called Madison Vet running behind they were so understanding, no fees held over my head! They understand you can love your pet and be on a budget and will explain any costs to you, which are lower than what I have been quoted at other places. Thank you Dr Hall and team for giving me and Bosco a safe space to discuss health concerns at reasonable costs. Worth the 40 minute drive to see Bosco's happy tail on arrival. So grateful to have found my furever vet ❤️”
