“Absolutely delicious!! Worth the wait. Seems like they're not too friendly unless you're a Regular though. Eh... maybe they were just busy. Just about everyone that was ordering lunch to go, got Kielbasa with Provolone, Kraut, Mustard on a Hard Roll. And I'll agree after making it at home, that's the BEST Way to eat it! Bring CASH Because they don't take any kind of cards. That should be updated as a lot of people no longer carry cash. And the parking is terrible there. Too bad they won't move a bigger space... but they've been in that same space since it opened a zillion years ago. Totally nostalgic.Overall, if you've never been to this small little Shop, you need to. Their Kielbasa is Delicious!Parking: The lot is very small. If people park correctly, you can fit about 6 cars in the lot. I know when they get busy, people park along the street and it makes it difficult for traffic to get through.”

The meat is really high quality and the people knock themselves out to cut to your specifications. I have never talked to anyone there who wasn't in a great mood. It's definitely worth a trip!”

“My boyfriend did some work at their establishment today and the owner was nice enough to send him home with some kielbasa and it was AMAZING!!! We will be making the trip from Clinton to Meriden specifically for that kielbasa!”
“We love the boneless honey baked ham. I used to get it as an addition to our turkey for Thanksgiving and one year we all decided to stop having turkey and just order a larger ham. We love not having to do anything but pick it up. We've had the bone in and boneless over the years and both are delicious. Service here is fast too and everyone is super helpful. Wish they would bring back the cheese ham potato side the used to have. We've really missed it.”

“I'm so happy Aresco's has reopened under the original owners! The owner and the staff are so friendly and you can tell they take pride in their store. The hours are great, especially if you are local and just need to make a quick run for milk or other essentials. Aresco's has a great selection of fresh food including fresh bread/fruits/veggies, as well as frozen/packaged food. I would like to try more from the deli- I've only tried the kabobs so far (-they were tasty). Aresco's is also neat and tidy. Love this place!”
“History speaks for itself. This family owned meat store has been around since 1964!! The owners are very informative,helpful and prideful. They take the time to get to know what your needs are and have value bundles for every budget. We went an ala carte and chose a selection of TBone, Chicken, Pork Chops and deli meat all cut to our preference. We saved quite a lot compared to our normal supermarket buy basically for the same quality! We will be back!”

But the real reason I frequent Hall's so often: The deli counter is a local TREASURE. From the pre-made foods to made-to-order sandwiches, I've never ordered something I didn't love. If you haven't tried "Dave's Favorite" sandwich, you're missing out - go order it immediately and thank me later. The pasta salad is also incomparable. And my husband's personal trick: order a BEC breakfast sandwich with caramelized onions and chipotle mayo. No breakfast sandwich will ever compare.”
