“Came with my UPS barcodes to return a 5+ items, and unfortunately I couldn’t use any of the barcodes to return my items. However, Mark was nice enough to help me out cancelling all my barcodes in order to get the UPS return labels, he also printed them out for me and provided me with all the packaging needed. Vlad as well was very nice to other customers while I was in the location. It’s so hard to find excellent customer nowadays and these 2 guys are doing a great job running this business. Thank you both!”

“I rented a Storage unit over the summer from additional attic storage. I only needed it temporarily and moved out in the middle of the month. Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit from additional attic storage if you need one!”

“I originally ordered a new desk chair online for pickup at the Watertown location, but unfortunately they found it was damaged. I ordered again in West Simsbury, and found that in store they had the chair for $50 cheaper in-store than online. I mentioned that to associate Matt and he said he would handle it no problem! They reduced the price to the store price & I also mentioned I had a $15 online coupon that I used but it was fine because the in-store price was even cheaper than online with it. Matt mentioned it to the manager Mark and got approval to take another $15 off!! From being bummed out by the Watertown store to being happy I took the trip because of Matt & Mark! Thank you guys!!! “I must say Nick at the Granby office is the most helpful USPS employee I have ever spoken with. I had a lost package that he was able to help me get situated. After hours on the 800 number I decided to call the local office and he managed to get it resolved in under an hour with a CALL BACK to confirm as well. As someone who manages a sales staff and constant phone comms I have to say this was some of the best customer support I have ever had across all markets. This man deserves 100 stars. Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had with USPS and have zero complaints even with the package being delayed. As a whole Im not fond of the new USPS process however that is not their mistake. New sorting machines etc. that were forced on them is why packages are behind not the workers. Remember that.”

“My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”
