Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit from additional attic storage if you need one!”

These folks are customer centric.. emails, tracking, phone calls but the best was the delivery people themselves: courteous, professional, efficient and a post delivery phone call from the office... “My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”

“I have only lived in West Simsbury for about 8 months, but every interaction I have had with either the Post Office or mail carrier has been great. Going into the post office, they have always been super helpful. My mail carrier is awesome. He doesn't try to stuff items in my mailbox.”
“If you have a package with a printed label you don't need to wait around. leave it on the furthest counter (usually its closed). Remember they have cameras if anything fishy happens!”

“There was an older man who helped me out earlier today, and he was absolutely wonderful! I came in to send a large shipment of packages out and I mixed up two of the shipping labels. He did not make me feel bad and was really nice about the mistake, even when I got stressed out about it (was having a hard, emotional day). He also was so kind to everyone who came in and knew many of them personally, really showcasing how important community and postal service was. Really exemplary.”

“After I sent my last set of postcards at the post office in Washington Depot I needed more post card stamps for the next step. This post office was not out of my way and at 10:00am, they're open. Easy! The clerk was helpful, friendly and efficient though he had to go in the back to hunt up some postcard stamps for me. It's a small post office and the only thing missing is a drive up and drop off lane, and an automated postage vending machine. [Review 18410 overall - 76 in Connecticut - 1932 of 2022.]”

“I appreciate that this location has extended hours. It’s very difficult working a full-time job and getting to other USPS locations that close before 5:00. During my recent trip, I discovered they closed the main entrance for paving. It’s well marked with orange signs coming off route 20, but only one sign coming from Route 75 that’s easily missed. Drew a quick map to help others.”

He was friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the process, and he cared about getting the details right, which is a rarity these days! So grateful for a great experience.”
“I had repeated issues receiving an international package that required a signature, my delivery notes were ignored and it was returned to the sender. I ordered it again and same issue happened and I was then told it couldn’t be held at a closer location, so I came here to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told it had been mistakenly returned to center, which was very frustrating. However, Jeremy went above and beyond, he tracked down my package after it had already been processed to ship back and made sure I could take it home. He and his coworker (I didn't catch her name) were incredibly helpful and I’ll definitely choose this location again because of their excellent customer service.”
