The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”
“Agawam Pack and ship handled the pickup and shipment of a Salvador Dalí sketch that I purchased from Fontaine’s Auction House, and the process was handled extremely well. Vlad coordinated everything directly with the auction house and made the entire experience straightforward.
His pricing was very reasonable compared with other quotes I received, communication was clear, and tracking information was provided once the shipment was on its way. The painting was packed carefully and arrived exactly as it left Fontaine’s—secure and without any damage.

“The loss of my mother recently brought me from Washington State to Avon, CT to clear out a home and organize a funeral. It was stressful and I had no idea how we were going to manage everything in such a short amount of time. Fortunately there are good businesses run and staffed by wonderful people who showed amazing compassion for my family and me. The team at Pak Mail in Avon really set the bar high with their outstanding service and follow through. Malton, Patty, Lyle and the rest of the team balanced their professional duties with a level of kindness and understanding that exceeded any expectations I could have had. They expertly packaged each item, prepared them for shipment to multiple destinations, and found the best transportation and prices possible. Items are arriving at their destinations now and they’re all in perfect condition. I hope anyone else needing a shipping company doesn’t have the same situation I had, but if you do need a reliable shipper who will earn your business and provide an excellent service I highly recommend Pak Mail in Avon, CT. 5 ?”

“There was an older man who helped me out earlier today, and he was absolutely wonderful! I came in to send a large shipment of packages out and I mixed up two of the shipping labels. He did not make me feel bad and was really nice about the mistake, even when I got stressed out about it (was having a hard, emotional day). He also was so kind to everyone who came in and knew many of them personally, really showcasing how important community and postal service was. Really exemplary.”

“When you don't want to have to stop by the most busiest post offices, this lil' office is great for small drop offs! Unfortunately, they only employ a couple people at most at times, so if it does get busy, you'll have to wait.”
“I was in making a transfer of freight, the whole drop took less then 10 mins. From pulling up to the gate, asking for a door, getting unloading and pulling off the property. Their response is fast and professional. Best experience i ever had dropping at another company's terminal.”

“I absolutely love this post office location because not only are they open until 10:00 pm weeknights, but they’re also open Sundays! I mail a lot of packages for a hobby / small business and having these extra hours, especially on Sunday is a great option since I live nearby (20 minutes). There’s usually 2 windows staffed and line times vary. Like many post offices some of the clerks here are very friendly and others can be cranky! The cranky workers are why I didn’t give 5 stars which their hours are worthy of!”

“After I sent my last set of postcards at the post office in Washington Depot I needed more post card stamps for the next step. This post office was not out of my way and at 10:00am, they're open. Easy! The clerk was helpful, friendly and efficient though he had to go in the back to hunt up some postcard stamps for me. It's a small post office and the only thing missing is a drive up and drop off lane, and an automated postage vending machine. [Review 18410 overall - 76 in Connecticut - 1932 of 2022.]”
