“What an amazing place! I did not catch the woman’s name, but the cashier was a middle-age woman with blonde hair and had a really sweet voice. She was working around 630 on Saturday evening. She was an absolute joy to interact with for just a few moments we spoke!”
“Convenience 5 stars, prices 2.5 stars but understandable, it’s based on circumstances/situation, offerings 3.5/5 could do better about prepared food but for a small store it’s got a decent amount of stuff, and service 3.5/5 there’s a bit of unevenness in feeling like you’re a trusted customer while walking around but one on one the service is better”
“Kate from Atlantis Fresh Market is the absolute best. She used her knowledge to answer all of the questions I had regarding a product I have never used before, while relating to her own personal experiences. Her validation left me with a sense of reassurance, as she took the time to actually help out with a confusing process on a buyers end. It can be tough to try new products, especially when you're used to the same routine. I give her props as great customer service like this is tough to find in todays world. Go Kate! You deserve a raise!”
