“Was there back in 2025 for new tires after my alignment was really bad with worn tires and they were very quick and friendly. Came back for a tire rotation in January 2026 and got excellent service! The rotation was free first time if you have brought tires new/used. Was recommended by my friend and now i too share a great experience. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience. Ray was great and accommodating. Very thorough. Dan did a great job on my car. Oil change and compressor change were done very well. Car drives great! I would highly recommend this place.”
“Excellent service all around. I brought my 2010 Infiniti G37 in for front tires and everything was on point from start to finish. The staff was professional, fast, and actually knew what they were doing. Prices were fair, work was done quickly, and the car drives smooth as it should. Customer service was top-tier and they treated my car with care. Definitely recommend this tire shop if you want quality work and no headaches. I’ll be back for sure.”
“Incredibly good and fast service at Herb’s Automotive in East Hartford today. Fair prices and expert advice. Highly recommend this place!
In the middle of a long drive, we felt a pronounced wobble while driving our Jeep and happened upon Herb’s to get it checked out. So glad we did!
Joe and Maria quickly welcomed us, diagnosed the issue (was a worn tire down to the rim!), delivered a new set of 4 top quality tires, and installed them all within 2 hours. Professional service that included great advice on our vehicle’s issues, and which things needed to be addressed now or later. Joe is a pro!
While waiting in the lobby, Maria visited with our 5 year old daughter and even gifted her a beautiful wind chime before sending us on our way. Check out her shop in the lobby, it’s very cute!
We were so lucky to find Herb’s before our tire blew, and so thankful to everyone at the shop for helping us so quickly! We are safely back on the road and appreciate the expert service in a place we don’t know well.
Thank you so much!”

“Had a great experience. Chris is awesome. The manager Eric was also extremely helpful. A few phone calls later I finally got here to get these tires on. I got a very competitive deal from Internet and loved working with these fellas. They all love their job even at the end of the day! So impressed. Highly recommend!”
