In the middle of a long drive, we felt a pronounced wobble while driving our Jeep and happened upon Herb’s to get it checked out. So glad we did!
Joe and Maria quickly welcomed us, diagnosed the issue (was a worn tire down to the rim!), delivered a new set of 4 top quality tires, and installed them all within 2 hours. Professional service that included great advice on our vehicle’s issues, and which things needed to be addressed now or later. Joe is a pro!
While waiting in the lobby, Maria visited with our 5 year old daughter and even gifted her a beautiful wind chime before sending us on our way. Check out her shop in the lobby, it’s very cute!

“I ruptured the side wall on the rear passenger tire of my car and got a same day appointment. Unfortunately the guy doing the alignments had left the building for the day, so I was looking at another day driving on a spare wheel. I appreciate the help the guys gave, Vick called another branch to see what we could arrange in a crunch, but appointments were scheduled out a couple days. Tommy (at the East Hartford location) hooked me up with a deal to make up for the delay of service along with the first appointment of the next day. I got my car in and out by an hour and a half. All four tires replaced (all wheel drive with higher miles on the previous tires). They ride smooth and are grippy too. I feel safe driving with Town Fair Tire. I’ll be back for my rotation and alignment next season!”
