“I don’t know what these folks are talking about with the non 5 star reviews- I called TI after my regular BMW performance shop in Windsor didn’t have enough techs that day to mount and balance a set of bespoke custom forged wheels and Michelin PS4S tires. Couple of my local Manchester car buds recommended TI and 20 minutes later I dropped my wheels, tires and TPMS off for mounting. I typically use Town Fair for my other cars but hey why not try a new place?A couple hours later I got a call that the tires were mounted and balanced so I picked them up. Flawless mounting, no nicks or scratches on the wheels and most importantly the typical lube residue wasn’t all over the wheels! I have pretty expensive modified cars and expensive wheels- I don’t trust most places when it comes to working on my car, and I do much of the work on my cars myself, but I will absolutely vouch for TI and the crew here based on what I saw and the super easy quick process. Awesome job folks, you earned a new customer!!! Thank you guys!!”

Most of the time I bring them in for preventative maintenance to where I request the technician goes through the entire car and report on things that need attention. I believe the technician and management gives a thorough report and does their best to take care of me on pricing etc...
