Honestly don’t know how wells is still in business. Worst baking experience. Went to close an account and the line was out the door. No one knew what they were doing and were just talking in circles asking each other and us the same questions, no restroom for customers to use, smells like cigarettes, wouldn’t let me exchange my euros, completely outdated and run down, I could go on. No modern bank has such a terrible experience.

Our Brinks cash pickup services no showed two weeks in a row and Damira was patient as i brought in deposits and monopolized an unfair amount of their time - great service, appreciate it a lot

How do you only have 1 teller open with a line of 5 popple and building? Does only 1 person work here?A bank that can't afford to hire employees isnt a good look.

Came in looking to make a checking and savings an hour before they closed. They treated me like I was very difficult for being like… can you please try? I was told it was a long process and not possible. I went online to make an appointment and within three minutes I had an open, active account and was able to go into a different branch and fund it. Literally, three minutes. I don’t understand why they didn’t mention that I could make an account anytime from my phone without them. Also this proves that they could have made time but were exaggerating the amount of work it takes for no reason. Which is wild to me, because letting me know I can do it from my phone by myself cost them nothing, and I would have been very grateful to hear that. Just weird.

I found this Wells Fargo bank as the nearest branch to Marlborough, Massachusetts. The staff was very kind and helpful. One of the cashiers, Steffi Joshuva, did a great job with my transaction. She was polite, helpful, and kind. I like to recommend this bank.

There are 8 people working only one person helping 9 people in line . Made eye contact with three other workers no one said hi no one helped this lady out . Thankful for that one worker who helped. For everyone else that's so shameful!!! One other worker was literally sitting laughing about the line !! Horrible customer service

Worst bank by far. Unless you can wait 7 days for your money I wouldn’t bank here.Almost always they will put a hold on any mobile deposit you make. Customer service will constantly lie to you. If you go to the branch at 18 Main St in Hartford, CT you will wait an hour just to have one window open to an untrained banker. Wells Fargo is a joke and I am ashamed I ever banked there!!

I have been here twice. Both time I waited for 20 minutes and the line didn't move, so I left and went somewhere else. Hopelessly understaffed.

The lobby is closed and they have a single teller working the drive thru. Currently there are over 12 cars in line, completely unacceptable!
