Had an appointment for 10am - banker is still with previous appointment 20+ minutes after our appointment time. Branch manager came to talk to us and didn’t even offer to help us with what is a fairly simple problem to fix. Customer service is lacking at this branch.

They don't seem to have a walk-up ATM here; if you didn't come by car you would have to stand in line between moving cars in the drive-through lane. Extremely dangerous, and horrible if it's raining or cold.
