She made it very easy to communicate while I was inquiring about whether they had a certain Pandora ring in stock. Unfortunately, they did not have it, but Karen went above and beyond by searching other nearby stores I was willing to travel to that might have it available.
She found two stores for me and even took the extra step of calling one of them to place the item on hold while I was on my way. You can truly tell she cares about customers because of her efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help. “After trying a few local jewelers for repairs, Arnold's has become my favorite by far! I had a gold bracelet that needed to be soldered, and I originally tried a competitor nearby. That place had it for weeks and it fell apart the same day. I then took it to Arnold's, they repaired it correctly, charged me less than half and it was ready in just 2 days! It has been over a year since I found Arnold's, I have been back many times for their repair services. I had my white gold wedding band plated in rhodium, I've had rings resized, and I've had countless antique and modern gold pieces professionally polished here. All the work is done exceptionally well, competitively priced, and usually completed within days. “I can always find something to read at Books & Co and the price is right! Most books are in excellent shape. Plus, with trade credit it makes the price even better. Also, in addition to books, they sell both coffee and bakery items and a variety of small gift items. My kids are somewhat obsessed with their section of small unique toys (fidget spinners, squishy animals, etc) so it's a no-brainer to come here for birthday gifts and stocking stuffers. Highly recommend.”

I've done business with the guys at Silas Deane Pawn in Branford for years. They are the best. This is the only place I know that has almost anything you could possibly want at a discounted price, and everything is always in excellent condition.
The guys always work with me. They have given me a few extra days when I needed it. They are always polite, always there early opening the store, and they stay late.
Everything is checked to make sure it's not on any stolen list. This is a legitimate business for anyone who wants to do business with a professional pawn shop that operates exactly the way a pawn shop should.

They, and I, have been several times since and have never left empty handed. The space is beautifully curated and the staff I’ve encountered have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. On my second visit I was having trouble finding something I had seen on my first visit but couldn’t purchase until I was there alone. The staff spent so much time looking for, and eventually finding the item with me…then contacted the seller to get me the best deal they could. “NEW BUSINESS ALERT I found this place by chance. I was in route to another business in the same strip and noticed a once empty storefront was now filled with eye-catching clothes. So of course I had to stop by and check it out. The owner, Victoria, was so inviting and engaging. It's a newly opened shop with many cute clothing options. You can shop on the website or in-store, or follow along on the IG or Facebook page. I bought a lounge set and got to select a free gift. I'll definitely be back at some point when I have more time to shop and can take the time to try a few things on. UPDATE: I see the address somehow got changed to Connecticut from what I entered, but this review is about the Georgia location”
