“The one lady here is absolutely phenomenal when taking my blood. I think she’s the main doctor. In all my thirty years I have only had three people get my blood without fail including her. I refuse to go anywhere else. She has a good bedside manner too and seems to really care about you with a very calm demeanour. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I can’t say the same for the other ones here.”

“Had a urine & blood test/draw and it was a seamless experience! I get anxiety and sometimes get sick during blood work and my phlebotomist Taniya was so kind about it! She offered me accomodations and talked with me during it to distract me. She was also skilled with the needle insertion, barely felt it.Also - It's clean and spacious, check in is easy, and I was taken shortly before my check-in time! Recommend.”

“I am deeply afraid of needles, but I managed to work up the courage to finally get blood drawn for my doctor. When I arrived, I was terrified, but when Granata called me back and welcomed me, I felt immediately calmer. Granata was so kind, gentle, professional and skilled. I have very deep veins and have NEVER had someone hit a vein first try, I have always been stuck multiple times in both arms. But Granata knew I was afraid and she was so patient finding the vein and she hit it first try! I couldn't believe it! I can't adequately explain how much it matters to someone like me to have such a positive experience at a blood draw appointment. I highly recommend this office and am so grateful for Granata and the care she provides to her patients. Thank you!”

Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”
