Quest Diagnostics North Haven has a well-trained staff. The staff is happy to answer questions. A lady at this location is phenomenal when taking blood and has a good bedside manner. She is calm and seems to care about patients. The Phlebotomist is pleasant, efficient, and professional. This location is one of the best in North Haven. Patients are happy with the service and prefer to return to this location over others. The staff's professionalism and care make it a great place to go.

    lane was fantastic. he could tell that i was nervous (as i always am before a blood draw), and he truly made the entire process painless. he also handled an unnecessarily angry patient in the waiting room with class and made me feel safe as i left. thank you, lane!

    My urologist submitted an order for blood work, and it was never received by him, I am so discouraged

    I really like the location in North Haven. It is near my home and usually is not crowded. The technicians are professional and very courteous.
