Quest Diagnostics North Haven has a well-trained staff. The staff is happy to answer questions. A lady at this location is phenomenal when taking blood and has a good bedside manner. She is calm and seems to care about patients. The Phlebotomist is pleasant, efficient, and professional. This location is one of the best in North Haven. Patients are happy with the service and prefer to return to this location over others. The staff's professionalism and care make it a great place to go.
