“I went to Munich Motorsports for the first time last week to have a rattling noise diagnosed in my 440xi. I worked with Liam, who was so professional and patient. He made the process so comfortable and easy. In the end, my problem was that someone previously re-installed brackets on my brakes upside down. Most repair shops could/would have oversold me or made it out to be more complicated than it was, but Liam and the techs at Munich were upfront and didn’t try to upsell/oversell me. They simply informed me of the issue and fixed it while I was there. I spent the time working on emails in their comfortable lobby at a workstation made just for this purpose. I will be back to Munich Motorsports because they’ve established a trust relationship with me from the start. ? 10 STARS! ?”
“For years, I've taken my car back to where I purchased it for service. However, after a few less-than-satisfying experiences with them, I tried Rick's II knowing that a few neighbors take their car here and had only good things to say. I've had oil changes, brakes, tires, etc., done in the past year or two and Jay does a fantastic job. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done quickly. My most recent issue was what we thought to be a faulty water pump, as my car was leaking coolant, but as the water pump had been replaced twice in the past few years, he questioned it and put in the time and effort to properly find the root cause and diagnose the problem, which was a cracked oil separator. Throughout the time my car was there, he kept in contact with me and was always upfront about the price. I trust Jay with my vehicle and will continue to bring him my business. I highly recommend Rick's II.”

“I had my 2003 silverado 2500 repaired there, brake lines replaced after rotting out due to cts destructive road salting, also my power steering cooler blew out from the same rotting out they fixed it properly, replaced my front bumper from where it rotted out, great mechanic's, fortunately I retired to Florida where my brand new pu (when I bought) can live like me to old age ?”
