I explained what I was trying to do and the employee was very helpful and friendly in matching the screws I needed. You cannot get this level of customer service in most stores these days.

The cashier asked me if I needed a degree to watch, ‘bratty kids’ referring to my program for kids in DCF custody. I rarely want a comment to dissuade me from shopping at an establishment, but this one did the trick for me.

Every time I go in, Nick or one of the other employees greets me within ten seconds. They help me find what I'm looking for and have the general expertise and knowledge the big box stores have lacked for years and show no sign of acquiring. I'm glad to have a small town experience in a place that has everything I need.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable, much rather support this place than larger competitors. They sometimes run out of seasonal items, but just call before you go.

Was my favorite store until about a month ago when the staff changed from a good group of younger kids to a couple older lady’s that couldn’t possibly care less about their job and give you more attitude then you would believe, bad language, bad mouthing other customers and employees right to customers faces, leaving vapes out on the counter, unless there’s another staff change for the better I’m finding another store, shame
