“This location is on my way to work, so stopping by to get food and snacks on a regular basis is normal for me. Lately I've become more inclined towards their pizza products which I tend to buy in sets of 2 or 3 whole pie to share with my coworkers as late in the night as 1am - 2am. The place is clean, organized, and well stock. Service is polite and very approachable and informative.”

“I recently to visited my local t-/mobile store in windsor with an issue concerning my cellphone. I was assisted by Luis & Irving and have to give both these two young men special commendation on how they took care of the issue, offered solutions and fixed the problem.
They also made sure as a customer of over twenty years, that I received the best package for my loyalty to the Company and his kind of customer service is rare these days in the'I business world. Please if you visit this location, ask for either Luis or Irving and you won't be disappointed.”

“I brought in a Bose CD drive which seriously needed cleaning. My CD's, which played with no issues in other CD drives, were unplayable on my Bose device -- they would stop and start (or stop and not restart). The proprietor of JB Electronics, in less than 24 hours, thoroughly cleaned the CD drive and tested it without any help from Bose. Now it plays perfectly the same CD's on which it had been failing. Moreover, the service was relatively inexpensive -- about $75 (which certainly beats paying $600 or more for a new Bose device). The proprietor is semi-retired and works out of his basement. Don't let that fool you -- he knows what he is doing, and is perfectly honest and straightforward. I recommend his service without qualification.”
“I went into this store to have my old phone wiped clear. Kayla saw me coming (old lady on crutches) and opened the door for me. She took my info and seated me. All employees were busy I think and my wait was maybe 10 minutes. When she returned to help me, Kayla was very polite and very thorough. She answered all of my questions, taking the time to view my choice for a new phone case. I really appreciated her willingness to take the time with me. (And then she walked me to the door to help me out also)”

“They were the first franchise to operate 24 hours and provide to-go coffee cups, offer a self-serve soda fountain all day long. The company even coined the phrase "BrainFreeze" in honor of their world's favorite frozen drink. 7‑Eleven was the first convenience store to offer ATM services.I went next door to grab pizza but didn't want to pay $5 for 2 liter soda and decided to stop at 7-Eleven to buy the same at half the price. 7‑Eleven is a convinince store and once the largest chain in the world making reputable name in the franchise business.I have seen more options at the franchise store in Asian countries than USA. My transaction was simple, quick and efficiently checked out by friendly staff.”

“Josh is my hero!!! Arrived at the airport and suddenly my phone screen is ULTRA MAGNIFIED — so much so I can’t access anything. Voice commands bring me back to locked Home Screen that I couldn’t unlock. I use my iPad to get to my boarding pass and come inside the terminal to try and figure this out. I see an iStore and go in for help. Josh was so patient and within minutes he figured out what was going on ( He dbl-tapped the screen with 3 fingers& voila! ) Crisis averted and I’m on my way!”

“If it wasn’t for Brandon’s help today I would have left T-mobile. Him and Gavin have the best attitudes and they were so helpful. I went into this locations so discouraged. I have been a t mobile customer for 10 years and I was appalled at my phone experience with the company, having had on going issues for two weeks while I was trying to upgrade a phone that was not longer working. As a parent and the GM of a company not having a working phone was a huge problem that they expected me to wait a week to fix….
I called Brandon at the East Windsor location very upset and he told me to come right down and he’d do everything he can to help me. Best experience ever in all my 20 years of having a phone line.
