Apple Evergreen Walk is an Apple store where the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Customers describe very pleasant visits with respectful and polite service. The team assists with tech support, such as resetting phones or wiping devices, and helps with purchasing decisions. They answer all questions thoroughly and take time with customers. Most work is done in front of you, though some repairs require a device to stay overnight. The store offers same-day appointments, but it is usually recommended to make an appointment in advance. During busy times, like the holiday season, there can be a wait. The store also has classes for learning about Apple equipment. Jacob C was the greatest. My phone had broken and I was weary about spending the money for an upgrade. Jacob spoke to me about all my options and ultimately helped me land on the best option for me. Apple is very fortunate to have a worker as good as Jacob.

I brought in my AirPods because I thought the noise cancellation wasn’t working. Although nothing was wrong with them, Geo and Dylan took their time checking to make sure everything was working as intended. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect.
