“Had a fantastic experience yesterday at the south Windsor Verizon store! Background I have been a Verizon customer since cell phones started and always hated getting a new phone due to the process at the North Windham store (it's closest to where I live) I took a chance and went to South Windsor and they were amazing, totally changed my view on upgrading phones.
Ciaran was amazing to work with! His patience with me and my family was wonderful. He provided us with accurate informations, deals, and didn't try to up sale us on a phone we would have to make payments on. He was kind, took the time to make sure we were satisfied, and even went to the back 15 million times to grab other phones until we were locked in! 10/10 would recommend this store!

“Our fridge broke & my partner and I found ourselves at best buy at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Tony had great customer service. He listened to what we needed (a smaller fridge due to space) while we had limited options he made sure to show us the fridges that could work for us and he was able to answer all the questions we had.
When we went to put in our order, our first choice was out of stock…with a 3 week wait time. Not only did Tony get us almost the exact same fridge by a different name brand company but he was also able to save us a few hundred dollars.
My partner and I were very happy with our experience.”

“Plenty of parking, though, their parking lot is a pain in the butt maneuvering around. The staff can be kinda rude and make you feel uncomfortable while shopping, though its clean and always stocked, their prices are ridiculous but they have a clearance table set up I wanna say at least once a month and the prices for the items on clearance are definitely worth spending on.”
“This is a corporate store (not a franchise DBA). It's better attended and offers better service than the others.

“Josh is my hero!!! Arrived at the airport and suddenly my phone screen is ULTRA MAGNIFIED — so much so I can’t access anything. Voice commands bring me back to locked Home Screen that I couldn’t unlock. I use my iPad to get to my boarding pass and come inside the terminal to try and figure this out. I see an iStore and go in for help. Josh was so patient and within minutes he figured out what was going on ( He dbl-tapped the screen with 3 fingers& voila! ) Crisis averted and I’m on my way!”

“They were the first franchise to operate 24 hours and provide to-go coffee cups, offer a self-serve soda fountain all day long. The company even coined the phrase "BrainFreeze" in honor of their world's favorite frozen drink. 7‑Eleven was the first convenience store to offer ATM services.I went next door to grab pizza but didn't want to pay $5 for 2 liter soda and decided to stop at 7-Eleven to buy the same at half the price. 7‑Eleven is a convinince store and once the largest chain in the world making reputable name in the franchise business.I have seen more options at the franchise store in Asian countries than USA. My transaction was simple, quick and efficiently checked out by friendly staff.”

“Ive been going here for 22 years. Different owners over the years. Different people working there. Today its the same convenient store. Same high convenient store prices. 7-Eleven is a neighborhood necessity. It needs no review unless it is a negative review which it is not. Its pricey but it is for those who simply want to get their snack in and out and go. Its nothing elaborate or unique about it. Its clean enough, the food is fresh because it never sits long enough to get stale. The service is standard common greetings and helpful to a point.”
