“Overall I had a great experience at Shamrock. I was in the market for my first used truck and saw some good options online. I spent a good amount of time researching other dealerships and trucks and ended up finding that Shamrock had the best looking deals. When I arrived, there was no pressure and no wait. Matt immediately helped me out and gave me the space I prefer when first checking out a vehicle. “I did tons of research and decided on the kind of car I wanted. I found what I was looking for on Cargurus and that led me to Car City.
I went in and asked about said vehicle, they let me test drive it and I put down a deposit to hold until the next day. The next day I went in with the rest of the money and finalized the sale. Altogether it only took about 15 minutes to finalize the sale and get the keys to the car. They were fast, efficient, and friendly.
What I appreciated: They didn’t pressure me into something more expensive, they didn’t pressure me into financing and they were all very friendly and sweet. I believe the nice young man who helped me initially was named David.

“Took the Amtrak up from Ohio to look at Subaru Crosstrek. These guys had the cars Carfax history right there in their website. They picked me up from the hotel to bring me out there. The listed price included tax, out the door. No extra fees or hassle. I did manage to lock myself out of the car after purchasing it about 20 minutes down the road, but they dig around for extra key fobs and sent one of their people to give them to me. Got the car back to Ohio with no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the affordable price and easy transaction. I would definitely come back again to buy another car from them. To all the people talking about rust, hidden damage, ect - look at what you are buying before paying and don't expect 15k quality from a 4k car. From what I saw they had cars for different budgets.”
