“I briefly stoped into Sorel's to dropoff a part. The staff was very friendly and have capability to work on old and new cars. I was impressed by the number of staff available that you would normally find in larger cities. The place was welcoming and if I lived closer would be bringing my car to them for service.”

They answered my panicked call and helped me problem solve to get to the garage safely. Not only did they complete my oil change, they noticed that my tires were in rough shape and helped me determine what would be the best course of action for my car. “What a gem this auto shop is. Dale is truly an amazing human being. My jeep was towed in there on Monday. He was honest and up front with me about when he could start working on it. Tues. late afternoon he called and said to start it it would need spark plugs and an oil change. I told him to go for it. He did that (and a few more due to jeep not staying running and alot of sludge. (It was wayyyy over due) They started working on it late Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday I received a call about where they were on the jeep. He asked how far i wanted him to go with repairs as there were multiple things wrong with it and what my limit was. I told him and he got done as much as he could and came in under budqet! Believe me when I tell you every light in my jeep was on and beeping at me every time i started it. Now it is running like it did when I 1st purchased it. I can't thank him enough it was a great experience working with Dale. He is honest, truthful and straight forward all qualities that are rare these days. So if your in need of a shop for auto repairs dont hesitate or sleep on this shop because it will definitely be your loss! Thank you Dale for everything and see you @ 3000 miles!!!”

“I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.

“Provided we with excellent and very professional service on all occasions. Purchase a new 562xp chainsaw at a fair price. It came broke from the factory and they replaced it immediately without any headaches. I made some mistakes in using the the chainsaw and they kindly provided guidance above and beyond. “My son at UCONN had an issue with his older car, he called the fire dept to check on mysterious “smoke”. FD deemed it unsafe so had it towed by T&B Auto back to their shop. Alex, the mechanic, as well as the front staff, were wonderful! Alex was informed and determined to help. He answered all my questions, dug hard to find the issue and was very reasonable on cost, which was appreciated with two in college! Highly recommend!”
