We have used them for three separate repair jobs: a rear-end collision, a parking lot hit, and a broken windshield.David always makes time to educate us, give advice, prepare us for conversations with insurance companies, and advocate on our behalf with the claim reps and adjusters. “Updated: I came back to Lobalbo for a non insurance issue with my car and once again it was a great experience! They ordered my parts on Monday and the parts were there and ready to be installed next day! I only had to wait 30 minutes which they let me know of in advance! The mechanic fixed my window motor and turned off my check engine light without me having to ask, which was a huge help. This place is great and I will definitely keep using them! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to up charge you which I love

“Sugar Hill Auto was one of the affiliated body shops with our insurance agency, USAA. After being struck on my way to work, I submitted my claim the same day and was able to drop my vehicle off to Sugar Hill Auto that evening so they could complete the estimate the next day. I received prompt follow-up communication and was able to leave my vehicle with them until the repairs were completed. The staff are all very professional and made a stressful situation very easy to navigate. They completed the work quicker than anticipated and were very accommodating with my schedule when arranging pick up of the vehicle. As a very busy mom of 3 with a large family dog, my car is always in need of cleaning. Sugar Hill Auto washed the outside of my vehicle and vacuumed the inside before I picked it up!! I was very satisfied with the service I received and very impressed with the staff who not only work in the auto shop, but those who work in the gas station who were available to assist after hours. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Auto!!”

“Allen is the Best!!! My baby (2020 Toyota Camry, ) was hit and so hurt. I was referred to him and I'm definitely not sorry he was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy ? “I purchased a zippy, red car via Carvana that I was all too excited to drive. Unfortunately, the gentleman who delivered my car was also excited to drive my zippy, red car. He was SO excited that he managed ding...something, leaving an ugly scratch on the car's bumper. I went to Yelp for quotes because I was unable to find a local repair shop who could fix this damage in a timely manner. Stratford Collision responded to my request within minutes with a VERY reasonable quote. When I dropped off my car, the guys in the shop were courteous (which isn't always the case). My car was repaired within days (not weeks) and they did an amazing job. When I picked up my car, it looked like the scratch had never happened. If you're looking for an honest body shop that does exceptionally good work, these are your guys.”

“Had the pleasure of working with Miguel - he was great! I went to another car audio spot and they said the piece I had wasn’t compatible with my car. I didn’t believe that so I went to Sounds Good and Miguel actually CALLED the manufacturer of the part and they confirmed it can be installed. Fast forward 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the part was in and was working! He even sat with me and tested the part to ensure it worked before putting the car back together, and that’s what I can say I appreciate: the time taken and detailed work ethic! I will be back”
