“Allen is the Best!!! My baby (2020 Toyota Camry, ) was hit and so hurt. I was referred to him and I'm definitely not sorry he was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy ? I hugged him and almost ? he made the scars of a bad situation go away. I'm so happy I was introduced to this place if I could give more stars I would. My repair was done within a day, and the car is now in excellent condition - clean and looking like new. Despite issues finding parts and some delays, everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the job done here. Pricing was fair, and the actual cost was pretty much the same as the quote. Hopefully you never find yourself in a situation where you need body repairs done, but if you do then this is the place to go.”
“My car was in a bad accident. With a lot of damage to the front, back and passenger side. Due to insurance purposes, Putnam had my car for about a month during repair. I got the car back in pristine condition, I’m so happy with their work and they have a lifetime guarantee. The staff is amazing. I felt like I always bothered them. Lol but everybody I spoke to was super professional super helpful and I definitely felt at ease leaving my car in their hands. The price was agreed to over the phone, and was an 'all in' price as I requested.Customer Service - Worked with Chris. He was very responsive and patient and made the whole buying experience a positive one.Hard sell - Compared to other dealers they are fairly low pressure but when financing you will be asked to purchase a few needless 'extras' and after you decline the price will magically go down.I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.”

“Had the pleasure of working with Miguel - he was great! I went to another car audio spot and they said the piece I had wasn’t compatible with my car. I didn’t believe that so I went to Sounds Good and Miguel actually CALLED the manufacturer of the part and they confirmed it can be installed. Fast forward 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the part was in and was working! He even sat with me and tested the part to ensure it worked before putting the car back together, and that’s what I can say I appreciate: the time taken and detailed work ethic! I will be back”

“Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.António D. “I bough a 75’ vette and dropped a brand new gm crate small block in it with 6-71 blower. First day with it it running I immediately blew the engine. I realized i needed a little help since this was my first supercharged build. I found DCE on line and liked that they were an all in one shop. A machine shop with engine dyno, A repair shop that can do fabrication ( like custom intakes ..etc.) with a chassis dyno for tuning. After talking to Jim on the phone I felt more then comfortable enough to bring my car to him. After arriving with the car I got a nice tour of the facility. While taking the quick tour in the machine shop I saw Volvo, Ferrari, Chrysler,Chevy,Ford engines. In the shop I saw a bunch of cars but what stood out to only mention a few , a twin turbo full on race car foxbody mustang, sitting next to a fully restored 65’ GT350 Hertz mustang , while they also had a beautiful stingray sitting on the chassis dyno just waiting for the new fuel injection system they installed to be tuned. They definitely do it all and do it right!!! They built me a bullet proof small block. They broke the engine in on the engine dyno. They then reinstalled the engine and supercharger. Got her up on the chassis dyno, adjusted the timing and then Jeff worked his magic on my fitech dual quad fuel injection set up untill she ran perfect in every gear and at any RPM. Jeff and Jim ( and all their supporting crew ) were top notch from start to finish. Highly recommended them for any type of automotive build. From budget build to all out spare no expense build……DCE will do it and exceed your expectations.”

“Gentleman was answering my less than efficient questions without batting an eye, sometimes I find myself in a position where I cannot make sense of my surroundings due to anxiety. It's rare that it causes me to become as useless as I did, but I did. He assumed that I would know to take a specific part outside to check to see if the threads matched, I assume that no such thing would ever happen without me paying for it especially in Bridgeport. Therefore he said why don't you just do that instead of taking up my time. I simply responded by saying that I would never think to do that without paying. A nice slightly older gentleman extremely kindly asked if I was ready to check out. I was by some miracle and he was as patient as a brick with me. The only things I wish to highlight in this review are that these guys are very competent at multitasking, they know their stuff when it comes to cars, and while the original gentleman was being hammered with phone calls, he remained calm. Very uncommon to see a large chain auto parts store with such competent employees. It really seemed like the older gentleman could tell I was having a really hard time of making 2 + 2 equal 4. Even with my bumbling antics, they remained professional. In my opinion these guys belong higher up the food chain. No nonsense here. ??”
