They fixed the tire, double-checked the repair, and reinstalled it carefully. They also took the time to inspect my other wheels for any issues, which I really appreciated. I work in banking and pride myself on providing exceptional service to my clients — and honestly, I didn’t think I’d meet another team that could match (or outdo!) that level of care. But the Stratford Town Fair Tire crew might just give me some competition! ?
It’s no surprise this location has nearly a perfect rating — they’ve earned it. Every visit, even when I came in right before closing, I was greeted with genuine smiles and patience. They didn’t rush; they took care of me. When my new tire wouldn’t be ready until the next day, they even rotated my spare to the rear to make sure my drive from Stratford to Waterbury was safer. That kind of thoughtfulness is what true service is all about.
These gentlemen deliver better service than the Ritz-Carlton — and that’s saying something! ??”

“Not easy to find honest and reasonable mechanics these days. They will not do unnecessary repairs. When I took my car, he could have easily charged me over a thousand but instead he recommended to check with the manufacturer since it could still be covered under warranty which they did. Now I take both my cars to him.”
