“All of the positive reviews were spot on!!!! I live in NJ and my daughter attends college in Fairfield CT and her car broke down in the Easton Area at night. A friend picked her up and she left her car at a local park for the night. I had no idea what tow company or what repair shop to use so I looked at reviews and Old Bluebird's reviews sounded like exactly what I was looking for. I called at 7am the next morning, Chris answered promptly, gave me the name of a recommended towing company and said that he would contact me as soon as he had the car and assessed the problem. Long story short, the tow company was right on time and Chris had contacted me within 2 hours to tell me that my daughters car needed a new radiator. What's best of all is that he had it fixed and ready to go the same day for a very reasonable price. I trust this company and recommend them.”
“I just had my car fixed at Fairfield Automotive Service and they were amazing. After my car had to be towed the night before, they called me first thing in the morning to let me know what was wrong, the pricing, etc. I had my car back and running by 2pm! Plus, everyone was so kind over the phone and in person. Definitely recommend.”

“I'm not really sure where to start, but Joel gave me the best car shopping experience of my life! First of all, his product knowledge is impressive. He answered EVERY question I had about the cars and his answers were detailed too. Joel isn't just a car salesman, he is a product expert and put me into a great Subaru Outback.
Secondly, he truly cares about getting you into the car YOU want while staying true to your budget. We walked the lot, looked at many different vehicles, and narrowed down to the one I wanted. Joel's biggest skill here is how good he is at listening to the customer and adjusting towards what they say

“I bought a CPO Panamera at Porsche Fairfield from Yussef and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Besides fulfilling my childhood dream of buying and driving my first Porsche, both Yussef and the dealership take a no nonsense, 100% genuine and no pressure approach to selling cars. Yussef was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, patient with my questions, and basically the exact opposite in the most positive way of the stigma of a “car salesman”. The dealership was very accommodating in so many ways and also didn’t try to push unnecessary extras on me, and it’s clear their goal is to develop a long term relationship which I fully appreciate. In the end I got the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with, and working with Yussef was a complete joy. I sincerely hope to be able to buy from him and them again in the future. “Updated: I came back to Lobalbo for a non insurance issue with my car and once again it was a great experience! They ordered my parts on Monday and the parts were there and ready to be installed next day! I only had to wait 30 minutes which they let me know of in advance! The mechanic fixed my window motor and turned off my check engine light without me having to ask, which was a huge help. This place is great and I will definitely keep using them! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to up charge you which I love

“Sugar Hill Auto was one of the affiliated body shops with our insurance agency, USAA. After being struck on my way to work, I submitted my claim the same day and was able to drop my vehicle off to Sugar Hill Auto that evening so they could complete the estimate the next day. I received prompt follow-up communication and was able to leave my vehicle with them until the repairs were completed. The staff are all very professional and made a stressful situation very easy to navigate. They completed the work quicker than anticipated and were very accommodating with my schedule when arranging pick up of the vehicle. As a very busy mom of 3 with a large family dog, my car is always in need of cleaning. Sugar Hill Auto washed the outside of my vehicle and vacuumed the inside before I picked it up!! I was very satisfied with the service I received and very impressed with the staff who not only work in the auto shop, but those who work in the gas station who were available to assist after hours. Staff was friendly and professional and they balanced my tires for free. Next time I had a tire problem on another vehicle I went back and when the tire wasn't done in the estimated time frame they offered to drive me to work down the street.”

It’s no surprise this location has nearly a perfect rating — they’ve earned it. Every visit, even when I came in right before closing, I was greeted with genuine smiles and patience. They didn’t rush; they took care of me. When my new tire wouldn’t be ready until the next day, they even rotated my spare to the rear to make sure my drive from Stratford to Waterbury was safer. That kind of thoughtfulness is what true service is all about.

“Went in for a muffler and resonator delete on my ram 1500. They did excellent work even though they had complications with the muffler they were able to do custom work and charged me the same price. When I went back for the resonator delete today it took a little over a half hour and it sounded excellent. Price, work, customer service is all excellent I would recommend everyone to give them business.”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Nelson. Very clear communication and a quick worker. I actually used Prestige to repair a curbrashed alloy wheel. He went out of his way to fit me in right away, offered me a great price, and did an excellent job on the repair. He even washed my car as a bonus.

“We rented a car from Bob and Classic Cars for our wedding day and we couldn't have been more impressed and happy with our decision. The driver was so friendly, helpful, punctual and professional. He was helping out with my wife's vail, going to bar to get us drinks during pictures, etc. Bob called to check in before and after our wedding day and was very easy to work with. The car itself was beautiful, all of our guests loved it and took pictures with it.
