“I flew into Charlotte for Thanksgiving with a side mission: find a truck and drive it back to Maine. Pretty simple plan. As soon as I got my rental car, I started making calls. My first stop was a Volvo dealer who assured me they had the truck I wanted. Fifteen minutes later, after actually driving there, I was told it had been "sold yesterday." Not a great start. Then I called Auto Kingdom -- and the contrast could not have been sharper. Right from the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was friendly, relaxed, and -- importantly -- straightforward about the condition of the Honda Ridgeline I had my eye on. No games, no mysterious "just sold," no pressure. When I arrived, Michael met me and immediately struck me as someone who genuinely enjoys people. Knowledgeable, yes -- but also friendly in a way you don't see much in this business. The whole process was refreshingly simple. We talked, I looked over the truck, and maybe 20 minutes later the paperwork was done. No drama, no surprises, no last-minute upsell. Driving the truck all the way back to Maine, it performed flawlessly the entire trip -- though frankly, it's a Honda Ridgeline, so I wasn't expecting anything less. All in all, Auto Kingdom made the experience easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable. I'd absolutely buy from them again... As for my Thanksgiving? Great -- but more complicated with family drama. Four and a half stars! :)”

“Not easy to find honest and reasonable mechanics these days. They will not do unnecessary repairs. When I took my car, he could have easily charged me over a thousand but instead he recommended to check with the manufacturer since it could still be covered under warranty which they did. Now I take both my cars to him.”

“I’ll start this by saying I didn’t go with their service in the end but not because I didn’t want to but because I had borrowed a friends. My bf and I got a flat and we took the car here to see what they could do. It was the end of the day so our fingers were crossed and Dan 1 and Dan 2 (that is what they told us to call them) helped us immensely. Dan 1 was nice enough to swap the tire so that the donut was on the back and not the front passenger side while Dan 2 tried to find us a good deal. Like I said while my bf and I were ready to pay for what we needed we had borrowed this car from my friend and since the car isn’t ours we didn’t feel comfortable dropping over $800 for it. Neither was the friend. So we had to do some shopping but thank you to Dan 1 and Dan 2 here for all your guidance and help to get us back on the road safety for the evening.”
