“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wilton Tire and Auto in Wilton, CT, for an oil change, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Mike Linquist, the owner, and my service advisor, Neal. They provided a thorough overview of my car, including the engine, brakes, and other essential parts, ensuring I left with complete confidence that my vehicle was safe to drive and ready for the road.
Neal patiently addressed all my questions (I had quite a few), making me feel good about my decisions without any pressure to commit to additional services. This level of transparency (how many service garages can you say this about) and customer care truly exceeded my expectations.
With this kind of outstanding service and the peace of mind that my car is in top shape, I can confidently say that Wilton Tire and Auto deserves more than five stars.

They were friendly with my little children in the car and made sure to show me old filter vs new and the oil. We have been multiple times and each time we’ve been treated well! “I used Federal Automotive Service and Towing for towing service. They are very professional, courteous and dependable.Our car broke down on Sunday. Our automobile would not start, which put us in a difficult situation. When no other company was available Federal immediately took our call and helped us get our car towed to an auto shop in the area, When the auto shop could not fix our car due to a system problem, they recommended we take it to the car dealership for service. Federal Towing came back, picked up the car and took it to the dealership at night. Federal even took pictures showing the car was delivered,
Federal Automotive Service answers their phone and always get back to the person calling. I will always use them for service and recommend them to family and friends.

“I took my sons car there when 3 other places in Norwalk didn't want to deal with it. Bobby diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for repair. It was a very big job he he completed with with full satisfaction and honesty. Will be going back for my car fixes from now on. A+++”

“I had a great experience at Old Bluebird Garage. They got the job done quickly and had no hesitation working on my heavily modified, very low BMW M4 with lots of aftermarket parts. They had no issues mounting my low-profile tires and handled everything with care and attention to detail. The entire team was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s not easy to find a shop that’s comfortable working on performance cars, but these guys definitely know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!”
