Thank you to Ai who was incredibly helpful and determined to find me a workable solution. He was resourceful and collaborative.
He started out basically telling me it would be impossible but then he went into work mode. It was an immense relief to have someone troubleshooting with me and figuring it out. Thank you, Ai! In the future when we work in Norwalk we will always print with you.”

“I've shopped at a few different Staples stores and each time I've had nothing but friendly people that have been more than helpful in helping me find what I need. I recently purchased some office furniture cubes that had gone on clearance and I visited a few stores and each one they were more than willing to go check the back for any inventory and help me load my purchases into my car. I don't find too many places anymore that are happy to go into the back and drag out boxes to load on a cart and bring to a person's car and be nothing but Pleasant the whole time.”

“I never worry about my packages that start off at the Weston post office. I mail hundreds of packages a year and if there are any issues (incredibly rare), Mike is the man and always helpful about troubleshooting. Great people at this location.”
“Deborah, our mail carrier, gets 5 stars! She is very good natured and hardworking. We were here on a short term basis and she took great care of us, one example: there was a mix up with forwarding a package, she was on it and got it to us surprisingly quickly. She's a credit to the Fairfield Commerce Drive staff.
PS One day later: add more kudos to Don (for help with forwarding requests that didn't go through online), and the counter postal workers, they're polite and clearly want to be helpful. (I will add this is not my usual experience at USPS stations. . . .).”

Since we had such a weird & difficult ask, we ended up having some miscommunication with the staff. However, even though they were super busy, they reprinted our order to our liking and made sure we were taken care of. Marco and Selena were incredibly hospitable and seemed in sync with each others. “This was my first time going to the Wilton post office since moving here and I had a pleasant experience. Kevin, the USPS employee who helped me, was kind and professional. I noticed that they have a self service kiosk but I didn't use it but definitely good to know. The post office in Wilton is very nice and right in the town center. I would recommend this post office to anyone living in Wilton or surrounding areas. Giving them five out of five stars.”
“Post offices are tough places. Sometimes we (customers) are guilty of not getting exactly what we want how we want and we tend to have attitudes and then get upset when our attitudes are matched by the HUMAN employees that also may have had bad days.
I watched Noele deal with everyone with kindness and even people who tried to skip the line because they forgot a transaction (I am people) and she helped me. Everyone was very kind, open to help, and overall it was a great experience. You may not get perfect help every time, but I appreciate the good deeds!”

“I had to send something for work and the people here were very helpful. They advised me on the best and most cost effective way to send my things. They also told me how to buy things and how I should track my parcel after it was sent.
The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”
