I came into the store today because my husband’s phone’s Sim card stopped working and would not connect to the cellular network. Seth and Mindy helped me to get everything fixed up and it only took about 20 minutes. They were both very polite and helpful. And experience great customer service!

I cannot say enough positive things about Seth. He is the epitome of amazing customer service. He is friendly, cheery, honest, and kind. He goes the extra mile to create a great experience for every customer who walks through the door. He is hands down one of the most authentic people I have met. It can be hard to trust someone who is in customer service when they are trying to sell, but Seth forms that bond from the get-go. He is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I will continue coming here as long as Seth is here!

This is the place you want to go for a new phone or any phone issues. Seth was absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my new phone. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I won't go anywhere else because of him. Wonderful experience. Thank you Seth.

we transferred to verizon from a different carrier and Seth was so knowledgeable and helpful in transferring our information, as well as with my grandmothers phone. We literally could not do it without him!

I highly recommend Mindy at this Verizon store. I came into the store with a difficult issue (caused by a DIFFERENT carrier.) Mindy worked hours with me to have that issue resolved, and have my original phone number ported BACK to Verizon. Mindy was very professional and personable. I am very grateful to Mindy! When I returned to the store a few days later, Seth was very professional and helpful to me. I highly recommend this Verizon location!

The Ellington, CT location is by far the best location I've been to. The manager (Seth) greeted me immediately. They are a bit short staffed, so I had to come back a few hours later as there was a line. However, he was extremely kind. When I came back, he was able to help me and answer all of my questions. He seems to really care about his employees and the consumer. I'm not sure how much caffeine this man had to drink to be so cheery, but it worked. He acted like he really wanted to be there helping us. Being inside of a verizon store is a different kind of atmosphere that's hard to describe. I watched the manager listening to all sorts of weird stories random people were telling him as they waited for stuff to download or whatever. He handled it beautifully. I, on the other hand, had to use all my willpower to not laugh. I hope he has more people apply soon, it got pretty busy while I was there and it was a Sunday. He definitely deserves to be paid way more than what he's making now.

At the risk of sounding super dramatic, Seth (store manager) literally restored my faith in humanity today. At least for today! After an absolutely horrible experience earlier today purchasing a new phone for my daughter at another store, we took a chance that this store would be able to help us with setting up the new phone. We were having issues doing it on our own and the store we purchased it from would not help us. Seth basically embodies everything that has been lost from customer service. He did everything he could to help us, explain things to us, and make everything right for us. And he was so kind and just such a pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Seth. After today we can safely say that, as long as Seth and this store are around, we will never go anywhere else again. A million thank yous for turning our day around!!
