“This store has a new fan in me!! For starters it’s just so beautiful inside!! I went in after a bit of a goose chase for a bracelet repair. I ended up at GJ and Erin (hopefully correct spelling) was above and beyond amazing. She was warm:personable, knowledgeable, and on her game! She went above and beyond to help me. Measuring my wrist, doing math based on the size of my bracelet pieces, etc. I was amazed. She took her time to determine each piece I would need to rebuild and secure my bracelet. And the best part is the price was so reasonable and I had the option to pay at the time of pick up or right then and there. I literally danced out of the door. The music was great, the atmosphere was glamorous, and the customer service and hospitality made me feel rich for a few minutes. Please go and check this location out!”

They rushed to my rescue when the string on my great-grandmother's pearls snapped four days before my wedding. Even though they only had two business days to complete the job, they did a gorgeous job on the necklace and helped me put posts on the backs of the matching earrings just in time for my special day.

“My experience there was amazing. I am a wheelchair user and it was super easy getting in and around. I was also able to sit in my chair in the dresses which was helpful. It doesn't feel crowded at all despite there being so many dresses. I had called her and shown her a dress I like, and she was able to pull something that was super similiar and a perfect dress for me. She has alot of options and was able to explain why certain dresses wouldn’t work for me, which saved me alot of time and energy. She also got the vibe of what I wanted and when family wanted me to try on something different she was able to be like “but do you like it?…okay then you dont have to try it on”. Which was helpful bc I am a people pleaser. She was honestly just super knowledgable about everything and it didnt feel like she was trying to just sell me something just to sell it. Overall it was an amazing experience and I am super excited to wear the wedding dress at my wedding. She also gave us a cookie and a mini bottle of proseco. I dont drink, but the cookie was adorable and very good. I may add pictures later, after the wedding.”
