“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”
“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

“I got a flat on Saturday afternoon and had to be in Boston Sunday evening! I have run-flats for my Mini Cooper and could not find anyone open but Monro! I was able to make an appointment online and they were able to see my first thing Sunday morning! The best part they were able to plug it and did not charge me anything! I am blown away! “Great customer service, great prices, and exceptional service. I came in to check price and availability for tires compared with my dealer. They had the right tires at the right price. A technician noticed I had a check engine light on and they contacted me right away to ask if I wanted a diagnostic. I agreed because the dealer could not fit me in that day. The problem was found and fixed faster than the dealer could have done and at much less cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a fair shake for excellent service.”
