Got there the tec kirk told me that the front tires I had bought 2 yrs ago from Firestone didn't match the back tires .I had to buy 2 more tires. The guy at the desks name was Carlos. Between kirk and Carlos they ordered my tires and got me in at 11.30 the next day. To change 4 tires only took an hour. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else. I hope these 2 employees get recognized for their great customer service”
