I scheduled a time online to have one installed at this location prior to the rental. They had a tough time and I had to wait 3 hours to complete my transaction. But no big deal. I got to witness a beautifully run franchise/location. The manager I think Charles. was amazing! The way he interacted with his staff and customers With patience, grace and kindness was refreshing. “With 2 young adult kids moving into/out of college dorms/housing and apartments over the past 5 years or so, I've had my share of truck rentals. I've made it a habit of choosing this Penske Truck Rental location in Vernon.
Last week it was a move out of a small place in NYC. I was able to rent a cargo van that made it easier to navigate the tight confines of Brooklyn. The pick up and drop off was very fast and easy. As always the truck was very clean and ran well. I'll be back again!”
