“I’ve been going to Ozzy for a few years for repairs. He has saved me $100’s. Last time I got a phone he refurbished for an amazing price and it already is in its 2nd year with no problems. I just sent my wife there who had her phone smashed when it fell from her pocket on a roller coaster. He fixed it in 15 minutes… Apple and a couple of other places told her it was unfixable.”
“The gentleman working at this location in Shelton was very helpful and was so knowledgeable that I didn't even have to go through the trouble of paying to get my phone fixed. He would be happy to help me but he was honest with me and I made the decision to just go ahead and order a new device instead of wasting money on a device that was no longer being updated by Samsung and the new flagship was due to roll out in less than 2 months. I have had my devices fixed here before and so have my family members and they did a fantastic job returning our devices to like new condition. I strongly recommend them for all your electronics repair needs.”

“This company needs to learn that the important part of customer service is to under-promise and over-deliver. They initially told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to install a new battery in my phone. When I dropped it off, they told me 5 to 6 hours. It was finally ready 7 hours after I had dropped it off. This was very frustrating. Obviously, with your phone, you want it done ASAP! Nevertheless, they seem to have replaced the battery just fine, and nothing -- apps, photos, contacts -- appears to be missing from my phone.”

“The guy there replaced my battery and threw on a custom back plate for my phone without charging me extra to do so. Great dude. Will be back if I need anymore phone stuff done.”
