I had a tricky hold on an account. Carol took the time to get on the phone and help unfreeze the account and get my rent paid. While on hold, she helped move the line getting other customers helped. I was in a tough spot and Carol helped me!

Place is a joke. Went downhill after people’s sold. 1 teller on a weekday afternoon with a line that probably takes 40 minutes. Not worth my time. Might be time to switch banks…
