“I would like to express a lot of gratitude and a big thank you to Jeannette Matos, who works at this branch. My mother recently passed away, and she had a B of A account that had my dad, brother and myself listed as beneficiaries. It was a lot of red tape to address this matter as my brother and I just wanted all the money in the account to go to our father. Because of regulations, a protocol had to be followed. Jeanette was such a big help because she took time to explain everything to us, to submit the case properly, to track it along the way, communicate with us and keep us informed what we needed to do. It took a few days, but Jeanette was engaged and on top of it. She was a tremendous help, during a very stressful time. I can't say enough about her overall customer service, in what could have been a very frustrating ordeal. Thank you Jeannette for all that you did for us and for my dad in particular.”

“Didn't go inside. It was after hours on a Saturday. Used my card to open door for atm in lobby. The lobby was clean and open. The windows lined the entire lobby so I didn't feel unsafe. Like everybody outside could see me. Ample parking. I was in and out quickly. There's another atm on the drive thru. As well as a couple drivethru windows.”

“I have been wanting to write this and recognize Maria Oliveri for some time.
Since, I started my business three years ago, Maria has been instrumental with setting up my banking accounts, as far as checking, ordering checks, and dealing with any kind of issues I have.
Last year as my account was compromised, her and your team were able to Immediately seize my account, stop payments, and issue another account, with checks, in quick fashion so my employees get paid.
Recently, I needed a print out for my transactions for the year ending 2025. I was unable to do it, so I called Maria and we tried a secure link, which I had problems opening, and she walked me through it, and then she said if that doesn’t work, she could do a back up for me and print it for me.
That allowed me to itemize my deductions to get it to my accountant by next week!
So thank you and I don’t write reviews too often but sometimes some people need to be recognized and Maria is deserving of being recognized on several fronts
