“I would like to express a lot of gratitude and a big thank you to Jeannette Matos, who works at this branch. My mother recently passed away, and she had a B of A account that had my dad, brother and myself listed as beneficiaries. It was a lot of red tape to address this matter as my brother and I just wanted all the money in the account to go to our father. Because of regulations, a protocol had to be followed. Jeanette was such a big help because she took time to explain everything to us, to submit the case properly, to track it along the way, communicate with us and keep us informed what we needed to do. “Didn't go inside. It was after hours on a Saturday. Used my card to open door for atm in lobby. The lobby was clean and open. The windows lined the entire lobby so I didn't feel unsafe. Like everybody outside could see me. Ample parking. I was in and out quickly. There's another atm on the drive thru. As well as a couple drivethru windows.”
