I accidentally cracked my phone screen and found myself at this store after work. The staff was extremely accommodating, thank you Sabrina for offering some entertainment for my daughter, while the manager pushed my sale through. GEvery customer that came after me felt the same (grateful)expressed in laughs and conversation.

Bri took care of me last week. I had an upgrade and she took her time, found me the best deal, saved me money AND found me the cutest accessories for my new iPhone! She could definitely be a manager, her people skills are on point.

Terrible management and completely unprofessional behavior. One of the worst stores I have ever visited in my entire life with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can't wait until they shut that store down. They won't be there much longer.

Terrible service, switched after 3 months. Had poor reception wherever I went except for main streets. Not a good cell phone provider in Fairfield County.

Horrible experience!!! Went in to get a new phone and everything was okay until the rep Bri and another big fella with glasses realized they weren’t going to make any commission off the sale because we were buying the phone outright didn’t want insurance or accessories the system was (down). At first Bri tried to tell us we had to buy the charging brick for the iPhone 15 or the sale wouldn’t go through when we said we didn’t need it they couldn’t process the sale due to system issues. The other guy was also trying to tell us that if we use another charger because it’s different watts it will mess up the phones battery which is totally false watts for chargers indicates the speed at which the charger will charge the battery I know many people unaware have been conned into getting this because they have to have accessories attached to their phone sales to get paid. I went back a bit after to pay something on a phone and the system was working just fine and when they noticed me back in they tired to tell the customer “Yeah we can try it the system has been down” like I just didn’t hear the conversation prior. I’ll be just sticking with corporate stores from now on

When I dialed T-Mobile phone number, the recording said wait until I connect you to an agent, and I was disconnected twice. Something new I have experienced.

The employees at this store created a huge problem for me. Gave me a Galaxy watch "at no charge" until I received my bill and went back only to be treated like it was all my fault and refused to do anything for me. Unbelievable horrible experience. The entire staff lies. Shame on you tmobile!

My experience was terrible! TERRIBLE and AWFUl! This is my first time writing a review and this place was terrible service! I went to pay my phone bill and I was attended one of the representative and another one jumped in out of nowhere with awful attitude and asking for my id to pay my phone! I never ever was asked any T-Mobile to pay my phone bill with an ID. I gave the amount and number correctly and this person who was giving attitude and demanding for my id! He didn’t care the information I providing him and giving me no reason why I need to give my id to him meanwhile he wasn’t attending to me in the first place. At the end I told them I had a picture ID and he still wouldn’t take it. They told me they don’t do cash and that I had to pay in card. Which I ended up paying in card but still had to give $16 which they took in cash so I gave them a $20 and basically they didn’t give me change and they put it in credit. Once they open their cash drawer, I saw they had cash in their drawer when they specifically said they don’t have change. At the point I didn’t care and wanted to leave ASAP! I’m never going back there! I never had this awful experience for just wanting to pay my phone bill. Hopefully T-Mobil would fix their staff! Because it was uncomfortable, unforgettable and pointless experience I ever been through!

Worst experience of my life. I went to upgrade my phone. I was told that if I upgraded my T-mobile plan I would get $1000 off instead of $400 off, which I agreed too. Then was told that the Apple Watch that I had (series 6) would not work with the new IPhone 14. I was told I would get 50% off the Apple Watch Series 7 when I upgrade. They had my phone shipped to the store and when I went to pick up the phone, on 10/12/22, I was informed that the Wi-Fi in the store was not working and was put on an employees Wi-Fi to attempt to set up the phone. They were not able to pull a return label either for me and said to come back another day. I went back the following week on 10/19/22, they stated they still didn’t have Wi-Fi in the store and tried calling the T-Mobile help desk as they were unable to still pull the alert return label, they were unsuccessful. I went to a corporate store on 10/23/22 to return my phone ( since still unsuccessful to get a return label) , they looked at my account and informed me that my plan was upgraded but because how much of being out of promo window I would only be getting $400 off instead of $1000 as Promised when upgrading. I also did not get 50% off the watch instead was full price. I was also told that my monthly bill would be around $100, as of today I am looking at over $170 a month as I had been lied too!! To say I am disappointed in this whole process is an understatement.
