The employees at this store created a huge problem for me. Gave me a Galaxy watch "at no charge" until I received my bill and went back only to be treated like it was all my fault and refused to do anything for me. Unbelievable horrible experience. The entire staff lies. Shame on you tmobile!

I accidentally cracked my phone screen and found myself at this store after work. The staff was extremely accommodating, thank you Sabrina for offering some entertainment for my daughter, while the manager pushed my sale through. GEvery customer that came after me felt the same (grateful)expressed in laughs and conversation.
