Franklin Jewelers is a family jeweler with gorgeous inventory. The people are gracious, helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and sympathetic. All work is done on site, not sent out. They take great care of needs, treating customers with grace during difficult times. They assist in designing pieces perfectly as requested and on time. It is a wonderful place, much better than large mall stores.
My husband’s chain with the saint micheal shield on it broke that he wears every day, he is a police officer. When I let the women know that he does not go a day without wearing it they turned the piece around in less than a day. I really appreciate them taking this into account and being so timely with the repair

Best jeweler I’ve been to. They’re super quick and efficient, they fixed my chain, bracelet, and ring and they came out amazing. Anna is very helpful and knowledgeable up front, she made my life a ton easier. I would recommend this spot to everyone. 10/10

I love this place! It is so much better than the large store in the malls.There is plenty of gorgeous inventory and the people are gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. I have purchased all my jewelry there since I discovered this place.
