“My family and I had a great experience at Lovisa this weekend. I was at the mall Friday and inquired about pricing and services for my 12yo to get her ears pierced. Ashleigh was very helpful! She answered all of my questions and let me know what time the next day that there would be 2 employees available for dual piercing.
When we arrived on Saturday with my daughter and all of her friends in tow, my daughter was so nervous she was crying. Ashleigh took time to reassure her that it would be quick and that they would explain everything along the way. Both employees were so sweet and accommodating! It was a great experience and the prices were unbeatable as well! I highly recommend going to this establishment!”
“Went to this location on Saturday, 09/06/2025, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I was greeted by Jaden, and she helped me fix some problems with the fit of my bracelet and make an exchange. She was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about Pandora charm bracelets and charms. The store manager, Ivette, was so kind and welcoming. I had been to this location before and had a not-so-good experience, but since then, they have clearly improved the customer experience.
