“1st. Please allow me to apologize for my late post ( still had to cause my girl Jill to be my new stylist) as life always tends to stretch you in all kinds of directions... Last Month (end of April ... April 27th at that) with 20 mins to spare... now let me say this, I have worked in retail, and I have also been a General Manager of a restaurant. I now am in development said all that to say I WORK WITH PEOPLE ALL THE TIME AND WHEN I WANT TO GO HOME, I WANT TO GO HOME, and this woman JILL (lord Jill was sent from heaven and made from THEE Creator His/Herself) I needed anything FANCY! I'm typically an Express Pantsuit, Forever 21 H&M mash-up kinda girl. I own a few pieces from White House Black Market ( always catch a sale) but with no other stores willing to allow me in and LOOK, JILL did . I was hosting a fundraiser where I raised 62K!! It was my 1st assignment under my new role and even though I missed my hair and nail appointment trying to make sure everything was PERFECT, Jill took her TIME and allowed me to try on multiple outfits, shoes belts, and all. I never felt rushed and was told to stop apologizing. It's very hard finding exceptional service. Jill's actions spoke volumes of the Brand of the company. Being that the pandemic pushed everyone into GRUMPY x10, not really loving the job or having genuine passion, Jill was exceptional ASF (I'm sorry for the profanity) I have never in my 31 years of living experience someone so kind and sweet and patient, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Goodbye, Loft, and Hello White House Black Market! Jill thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea how many compliments I got wearing that dress (Purple, Green, and Blue Pleated no sleeves)I was in the room with over 400 million dollars Net & you Jill made me fill like I was the only Important person in the room. “My wife and I went into Tiffany & Co a few weeks ago. We were immediately greeted, and proceeded to shop around after informing the greeter that we just wanted to browse. We did not feel unwelcome at any point despite being close to closing time. Eventually we wanted to see a ring that my wife was interested in, and were immediately assisted. We decided we wanted some time to think about it and went to a neighboring store. We later returned and were assisted immediately. We proceeded with purchasing the ring, and despite running past their closing time we did not feel rushed or pressured. We were treated very well. Additionally, once the staff learned that my Tiffany wedding band was fitting a little large despite having it resized once already, they offered to have it serviced for free. Once the band was back from servicing I received a text notifying me, and Anita was very prompt in her communication.I do not recall the manager who had been working that day, but Anita was the associate that helped us throughout our shopping experience. We will be returning in the future.”

“I just got my nose pierced at the Westfarms Mall location. Eli is great. He is very organized, makes sure everything is clean and new, talks you through the steps, and makes sure you are happy before he starts to do the piercing. For me personally, I would give it a 1 for pain, but I know everyone is different. If you are thinking of getting a new piercing, Eli is the person you would want to go to. Make sure to check for their sales I got the piercing, jewelry, aftercare solution, and extended warranty for 80 bucks. At the normal price, it would have been close to 110. So happy!!!!”

“I went into this store the week after Christmas to resolve an issue I had with an custom engraved charm I had ordered several weeks prior. I had spent hours of time on chat, phone and email communicating with the online Pandora customer service about this order issue. I was in the store for 15 minutes they fixed the problem and helped me get a new charm! Everyone was so helpful and understanding of my frustrations with previous customer service problems. I will be doing all future Pandora shopping in this store!”
