“Sometimes they take way too long to fill prescriptions that they've had from the beginning of the day. I've had to wait over five hours sometimes. I am aware how busy they are but it doesn't help when you need something. Most of the staff are pleasant and professional but not always.”

“I like this pharmacy. Cashiers may sometimes be a little abrupt. But I think it is more cultural differences than rudeness. And I love the pharmacist, the lady. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. She worked at this pharmacy since I moved to Unionville more than ten years ago. She is always nice, efficient, and prompt with answers.”
“I'm not sure why this CVS has any bad reviews. I am a wheelchair user and have always been treated with the highest respect. They even came out to my van one night when it was raining to help me purchase something without me having to transfer into my chair. As far as I'm concerned they are compassionate and professional. I suppose it also depends on how you treat others. ?♂️”
