However, I remain firm in my view that a non-managerial individual introducing herself as a manager and responding with an attitude such as “complain wherever you want” is behavior that undermines customer satisfaction in any organization.
I am confident that delivery delays will not be repeated. On the other hand, the polite and measured attitude of the person who stated that he
had recently been appointed to management, his willingness to take responsibility for the issue, and his follow-up after distribution to confirm the situation were all highly satisfactory and professional approaches.”

“Great Service! Went there for my COVID vaccination, the staff was extremely courteous and helped me sort out issues with my online appointment. They were well informed regarding the vaccine, and made sure that they followed the guidelines! The only drawback in the store is that doesn't have a few food and grocery items that you would normally want, possibly they are having issues with restocking due to COVID.”

“I worked 25 years in a customer service position, it is not always what it seems to be. Those of us who take on these types of jobs try to do our best to accommodate our customers. I do not deny that there are times when we become frustrated and may direct that frustration onto our customers. We are only human. Working in this position I have learned to be more patient and considerate towards those who working in the same position. I have never had a bad experience at CVS on Farmington Avenue west Hartford. If you are in a rush don't take it out on the customer service.”

“I stopped in Walgreens for a consultation with the pharmacy regarding vaccines that they would recommend. I discussed it with Amy (pharmacy manager). Amy advised to have Flu and Covid vaccines. Amy then proceeded to inform me that she could administer the Flu shot right then but the Covid vaccine was not yet received in Walgreens. She informed me that they expected the Covid vaccine during first week of September and took my name and telephone number to call when it came in. Today, I received a call from Amy advising that vaccine was in and made appointment to have it administered. Not only did Amy demonstrate her knowledge of the vaccines but was quite professional in her follow through and administering both vaccines. My husband also had the same experience and we are now sold on using Walgreens due to our experience with Amy. In this time, it’s unusual to experience such personal care. Job well done Amy.”

“Ryan and everyone at this pharmacy have been amazing. The difference compared with larger chain pharmacies has been night and day. When something is not completely routine, they take the time to explain the situation clearly, help work through the issue, and follow up instead of leaving me guessing.
They have helped process manufacturer coupons and handled paperwork that made a major difference in affordability. They have also always been patient, straightforward, kind, and considerate whenever I have had questions.
