That guy always on his earphone,no interaction with the customer although he help me but he is not in the moment as if we are treated as goods not a person.He can do that if not with a customer..

It’s a small post office but have always found customer service is excellent. I especially want to thank Sarah. She is a great employee and has always gone above and beyond to help the customers.
