“The only mechanics in the state I would ever trust with my vehicles. Honest with what's going on and beyond more than fair with their prices, so much so I can't believe they haven't gone out of business! Compared to anywhere else I swear, it's like they are paying you to fix your own car... and they do it well 😮💨❤”

“I’m very pleased with the repairs. I always appreciate the time the Rose intake folks take with me. They were able to take me without an appointment which was a real lifesaver with my busy week. I did not compare repair prices but checking the details of my receipt made them seem reasonable for the work performed. Highly recommend!”

“It was my first time coming here the people were very nice. I haven't driven the car too much yet to really get a feel for the job that was done. I felt that it was a bit pricey. I did need a caliper on the riders side I believe that's what brought the price up some..”

“I lost a windshield wiper while going through the car wash. As soon as I drove out, I called Firestone in Norwich Connecticut. The mechanic was very gracious and kind; he told me I can come right in. I was in and out in no time with a brand new set of windshield wipers. I am very happy with my service with Firestone over the years!”
