“The only mechanics in the state I would ever trust with my vehicles. Honest with what's going on and beyond more than fair with their prices, so much so I can't believe they haven't gone out of business! Compared to anywhere else I swear, it's like they are paying you to fix your own car... and they do it well 😮💨❤”

“It was my first time coming here the people were very nice. I haven't driven the car too much yet to really get a feel for the job that was done. I felt that it was a bit pricey. I did need a caliper on the riders side I believe that's what brought the price up some..”

“Whether it be fixing your tires, finding you a part you can't find, or simply just looking out. These guys are the best.I'm not bringing my car anywhere else as long as they're open. 10 stars”
“They are always so helpful and tell you everything they did and what needs to be done still on your car. Always accommodating and fitting me in right away. Top notch treatment thank you”
“The associate at the desk was very courteous. I was feeling in and made sure I was ok. And she brought the paperwork for me to sign where I was sitting. And checked on me in between customers to make sure I was ok.

“I lost a windshield wiper while going through the car wash. As soon as I drove out, I called Firestone in Norwich Connecticut. The mechanic was very gracious and kind; he told me I can come right in. I was in and out in no time with a brand new set of windshield wipers. I am very happy with my service with Firestone over the years!”
