Called yesterday and was totally shocked and repulsed by the arrogant rudeness I was treated with. Refused to fill our doctors order because we were not an established customer!!! How can you become one if they refuse your order?!? Stay away, there are better companies out there.

Brittany needs to be fired. Has no concept that elderly people and injured people need equipment she lies snd cant or wont due her job. I will be filing complaint with BBB on this company

Horrible customer service. Closed Wednesday but website says open Mon-Fri. Not helpful at all. They can't be bothered with customers. They're in the wrong business. Stay away from this place!
