Don't ever medical equipment from j and l they don't train older people how to use it when the person don't understand how to use it they are rude and unprofessional about having an 83 year old person using an machine that they don't know how to use

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. One rep says on thing and another communicated the opposite. Very frustrating over a month of calling and still no supplies. Save your money and time go somewhere else.

On my 3rd oxygen concentrator from them in 2 years. They are junk... ..ya can't run out of O2
