The owner tested our old battery MULTIPLE times before for selling us a new one. I have noticed an absence of honest business professionalism. It’s great to see that some companies actually care about consumer service. In addition to the owner providing a genuine effort to make our old battery work so we wouldn’t have to buy a new one, because we turned in our old battery we didn’t have to pay the deposit fee ($20–30).
