“Could be better on some quality of parts... bought some door vapor barriers. Barriers barely fit doors as they appear they were cut too small and holes in incorrect spots as well as the adhesive they sell as well is like trying to use tire bead seal that's been watered down and just drips right off the door”

“2nd time using Main Street transmission . Thanks cars lol. First time I had a Chevy Malibu with a 2.4 with the 6-speed paddle shifts rebuilt. And the second time I had my 2011 Chevy HHR with 2.4 auto with that one I didn't have a torque converter clutch it was highly recommended that I actually just switch out the whole transmission as well because of the metal shavings getting into the transmission. So I provided a suitable transmission with low miles which Mike and his team switched out within a day.. very reasonable rates to switch out a transmission I also was impressed with the rebuild time as well on my Malibu..”

“Today I was helped by Michael, who is an OUTSTANDING employee. I went into the store with a multitude of questions and fears because I don’t know enough about cars myself, and I knew that I needed parts to replace the brakes on my car but I had no idea what I really needed. Michael greeted me and immediately began looking up the parts that I would need and talking me through which upgrade packages would benefit me most. He even called other locations to make sure that there would be a backup option if this location did not have the parts available today. He gave me information on everything that I would need and information on the return policy, and helped me sign up for a rewards account through the app to make sure I got the most out of my purchase today. After I paid for all of the parts, he was kind enough to go through every item on the receipt with me and explain all of the warranty information for each part and he even took the parts out to my car for me so that I wouldn’t have to lift them! Michael was an absolute joy to work with today and he is an outstanding example of what every employee at Advance Auto Parts should be. Because of him, I will be going to AAP for all auto parts purchases in the future!”

“I needed some work done on my 15 year old daily driver and decided to try this Maaco. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
My car had some peeling paint on the hood, and I tried to patch that myself. Unfortunately for me, my car is silver, and blending silver metallic clear coat in a manner that would not draw attention to the repair was beyond my skill set. I also had an unsuspected rust repair from the previous owner on the rear quarter that had just cracked open.
I was not liking my car very much.
The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and very professional. He gave good advice on the repair for getting the best outcome and was able to fit me in very quickly. The price was right, too.
When I picked the car up, I was very impressed with the work. Patching silver paint is difficult at best, but the repairs are undetectable and my car looks great again.”

“I submitted a survey previously to Vernon Collision, but at that time, I did not pick up the completed car yet.
In the subject survey, I gave Vernon Collision an excellent rating regarding all aspects of the repair process.
Now that I have picked up my repaired car, my excellent rating of Vernon Collision remains in effect. My car looks and handles like a new car again. In addition, Vernon Collision warrantees their work for the life of my remaining ownership.
While the major repair work was in process, I requested that they
repair any visual scratches found in areas unrelated to the collision work. Vernon Collision made it clear that the described scratch repair would have to be performed on a separate work order and billing. I agreed to the separate billing and, and I am glad I did, because their isn't an obvious scratch to be found. They even polished the car which enhanced the new
car look. I should add that my car is a 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited, with approximately 69,000 miles on it.
Sorry for the lengthy review, but Vernon Collision deserves it.”
