Barnes & Noble is a large, clean bookstore with a huge selection of books and other items. It has many sections, including a big fiction and Sci-fi department, a travel section, and a large, interesting kids section with books and toys. There is also a coffee shop. The store is well-organized with ample space between shelves, offering so much to look at and browse that customers can spend hours inside. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide great service, going above and beyond to help customers find books, even ordering from another store if needed. They are also genuinely enthusiastic about books. Customers receive a pleasant experience and can get a reward card. However, the books are often a lot more expensive than on Amazon and other online sellers. Some sections, like textbooks and study books, may have limited choices. For those who need a book immediately, it is the place to go, but for those who can wait for shipments, online sellers can save a lot of money. The store also sells unique gift items like puzzles.

Extremely grateful for the staff here. Spent all day yesterday looking for cards which people have been clearing to resell. Finally found them available at this store and they had limits which ensures there are plenty to go around. Thanks so much!
