We just opened a new corporate account at Berkshire. Stacey and Lisa have provided excellent customer service so far. I've read the awful reviews and can honestly say I haven't experienced anything like that. The branch in South Windsor has been great also.

This is an absolutely amazing community bank. Steven Taylor, who works at this branch primarily, is the kindest, most patient, and helpful bank representative that I have ever done business with. He helped me keep my small business alive through the hardest parts of the pandemic with great information and guidance towards government assistance. I can't say enough good things about this bank. They took me in as a new client when no other banks would. My international corporate bank at the time would not give me the time of day for a single response to my needs for help. Berkshire is a bank that is full of great people, trustworthy, and committed to helping the local community. Myself and my business will be a client of theirs forever. Thank you so much!

So rude the manager supervisor wouldn’t give me the number for someone higher, he refused the whole time. Pushing costumers away with terrible costumer service

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had Savings Institute for 25 years but Berkshire is the worst. Non-stop nickel & dime fees. $5 for this and that - just steal my money over and over even when I meet the requirements you say. Let me wait on hold for 25 minutes to get my $5 back? No thanks I will close all my accounts. It is 2020, good luck competing with Discover Bank. BYE

I have been a member of Berkshire Bank in Glastonbury since 2015. Jason, one of the branch associates, has always provided me with outstanding customer service and assistance. Jason goes above and beyond for customers. A+!

Absolute worst customer service, bank has gone so down hill since Savings sold back in October have had issues since. Will be switching banks at the end of this pandemic because of how poorly not only the residential banks have handled it but also the HQ.

I’m sure this branch is nice but the actual bank itself is one of the worst banks, random charges that make no sense every transaction pends for days sometimes longer. Come Monday morning I’m definitely switching to a new bank.
