“I have purchased five policies from Travel Insured International and made two claims. Once was for a trip delay when our cruise didn't arrive to port until a day later for weather, causing us to need to get a hotel and food in New York City for another day. The second claim was the cancellation of a trip to England due to complications of my wife's pregnancy. This was our most expensive trip, so it was a relief to get that money back.
I'm happy to say our daughter, though born early, is doing great and now we have a new trip planned to England, with her in tow, also insured by Travel Insured International.
The claim process is straightforward. As long as you follow the rules and submit your documentation, Travel Insured International will pay legit claims.
I also love that pre-existing conditions can be covered as long as you insure your trip quickly upon booking. The gotchas I found in other policies is what brings me back to Travel Insured. Not to mention, the great rates for families with the premium for children being free on some plans. Their coverage limits are high, meeting our needs.
If Travel Insured keeps their policies written in such a consumer friendly way, I will continue to protect our family travels with them. Thank you!”
